Return Policy

At Noor Luxury, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Opened, used, washed, or damaged products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Products with signs of perfume, makeup, stains, or wear will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
